Serves as a documentary of the unfortunate accident that happened to the Delta II team as they were preparing their rocket. Due to an unknown cause that triggered the staging circuitry for the separation charge to discharge thus lighting the 2nd stage motor. Three people were injured (one team member and two spectators), that the range to be shutdown for an hour or so so they could be air evac'd to a nearby hospital.
